Manual Firmware Update Using SD Card on GRL-USB-PD-C2

  1. On the rear panel of the GRL-USB-PD-C2 tester hardware, open the small panel as shown below: (If using an older GRL-USB-PD-C2 chassis, a screw driver might be required.) 
  2. You will get access to the SD card. Gently press the SD card and remove it outside. 

  3. Format the SD card and copy the firmware file manually.  

  4. Make sure the respective GRL-USB-PD-C2 firmware files are copied and insert the SD card back into the slot.

  5. Restart the GRL-USB-PD-C2 tester hardware and wait for the screen to boot up.
