A: YES, but note that the VCONN voltage measurement test cases will not execute as expected as the USB Type-C STD cable is not a Pass-through cable. Due to this, the GRL-USB-PD-C2 / C2-EPR tester will not be able to measure the VCONN voltage on the DUT side.
