      Here are the steps to update the GRL-C3-MP-TPR/GRL-C3-TPT Tester license using the provided license file: 

      1. Make sure there is a static connection between the Tester and the PC.
      2. Close the existing GRL software server and application.
      3. Open the license .exe file and click on "Update".
      4. Once the .exe file is successfully updated, power cycle the Tester.
      5. After restart, check the connection panel for all licenses enabled.
