A: Yes, to measure the frequency manually the user needs to use an oscilloscope. But in the automation mode, the GRL-WP-BST-C3 browser app will automatically measure and display the frequency. However for the 1.2.4 BPP certification, it is required to use an oscilloscope to measure the frequency.
